Each session begins with an in-depth consultation to discuss your health history, current skin concerns and personal goals.

Treatment includes facial acupuncture to stimulate collagen production, improve circulation, and reduce fine lines, alongside body acupuncture to address underlying imbalances that impact skin health.

Sessions may also feature facial cupping, Gua Sha, nourishing face mask, red light therapy and nutritional/herbal guidance to enhance results.

Facial Acupuncture FAQs

  • Result vary depending on your constitution, lifestyle, age, etc. Some clients notice a visible glow or subtle lift after just one session, while more lasting results like improved skin tone, reduced fine lines, and better elasticity typically develop over a series of treatments.

    It is recommended to do 10-12 sessions 1-2x a week for best results. These results can be enhanced by following the individualized treatment plan provided after your session.

  • Yes! Facial acupuncture compliments both filler and botox results, however it’s best to wait 2–4 weeks after Botox or filler injections before receiving facial acupuncture.

  • Arrive well-hydrated, with a clean face free of makeup. Avoid caffeine and heavy meals right before your appointment.

  • After your session, it’s best to take it easy and avoid the following:

    • Strenuous activity

    • Alcohol

    • Caffeine

    • Excessive sun exposure for at least 24 hours

    • Harsh exfoliation
